L&M Trenchless Pty Ltd is a family owned Australian proprietary limited company, incorporated in 2011.
Its principal office and depot are located in Wallacia, near Badgerys Creek – the site of Sydney’s new airport.
It employs 25 people in operations, project management and administration.
Its Managing Director, Louis Pulo is a qualified horizontal directional driller with more than 25 years of experience in the HDD and civil works sector, managing several medium to large businesses in this field.
We aspire to be the leaders in trenchless underground network infrastructure installation through the use of innovative equipment and engineering techniques and excellence in field work, without compromising safety or degrading the environment.
We use innovative directional drilling technology to install underground infrastructure with minimal surface disruption or need for environmental restoration. Our services are used in the installation of infrastructure for the distribution of electricity, gas, water, communications, and other utilities, and for waste water and drainage.

The L&M Trenchless Pty Ltd team comprises industry specialists and experienced professionals to ensure that the knowledge and capability is available to advise and assist its clients and contractors in any situation. Managing Director, Louis Pulo, has been engaged in civil excavation work for 30 years and in trenchless installation for 26. He holds Certificates III and IV, and a Diploma of Directional Drilling. Prior to establishing L&M Trenchless, he owned another company in a similar business. Jason McCloskey, Construction Manager, has nine years experience in civil construction in the water, electricity and communications sectors.
The firm is committed to ensuring that its people are competent to carry out the work required effectively, and able to meet the requirements of competence to meet current WHS legislation. It strives to make certain that all of its personnel are qualified to perform the tasks they perform. Its Competence Monitoring System has been developed to produce documentation to support this assertion. It works in conjunction with a qualified verifier to create and maintain the system.
